Troubleshooting Tips

Check Your Connection
Just like streaming Netflix or YouTube, a stable and consistent internet connection will determine how well you are able to stream our services. Make sure your device is connected to your WiFi network or that your Ethernet Cable is well connected (if applicable).

Verify Your Internet Connection Speed
Google offers a free tool to test your internet connection. From your streaming device/computer please go to and search “Internet Speed Test.” If you do not have a constant connection of 3.0 Mbps or greater, contact your service provider for help.

Why does my internet speed matter?
For the best possible streaming experience, we recommend a broadband connection, LTE data connection on a mobile phone, or a WiFi. We suggest a minimum constant connection speed of 3.0 Mbps. With anything below that you may experience intermittent pauses with long buffer/rendering times or the audio may not be synced with the video.

What if I have a good connection but am still having problems?
Please give us a call, send us a text or email us. We would be happy to help troubleshoot the problem. From time to time, our streaming service provider experiences server issues and can affect the connection for the users. Informing us of connection issues may help us discover a problem with our service provider that we were not aware of. We appreciate your feedback and want to hear from you!
